We are now implementing a new no-show/last-minute cancellation policy. We understand that unplanned challenges arise from time to time, and you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. As a courtesy, please remember to call or text us as soon as you know you’ll be unable to keep your scheduled time and we’ll be happy to rebook it for you (please do not message us on social media to cancel).
If you’re unable to attend your scheduled appointment or give us a 24-hour cancellation notice, we will apply a charge equal to 50% of your scheduled services.
Our amazing hard-working stylist want to be available for your needs and the needs of all our guests. When a guest does not show up or cancels with no notice, another guest loses that opportunity to be seen.
